10 Sep Snack Attack
School summer holidays are over and it’s back to school time! As lunchboxes all over the country are lovingly packed, we’re here to help with some healthy treats to bring a little joy during the long school days.
Busy parents have enough to think about without studying ingredient lists on snackaging (snack packaging). So, we did the work for you! In a recent online poll, we asked people what they felt the healthiest kid’s snacks were – and we received some highly useful intel!
Organix Carrot Snacks have been voted the healthiest kid’s snack (30%), and we can see why. This treat is both healthy and deliciously moreish. Nostalgia kids classic, Pom Bears, took a quarter of the votes with 25%, and fellow nostalgia favourite, Sun Maid Raisins, came in third with 13% of the votes.
Other tasty treats: Scrapple’s Apple Crisps (12%) , Ella’s Kitchen, the Yellow One (10%) and Organic Mamia Oat Bars (9%) ranked 4th, 5th and 6th.
So, there you have it. Snacks aplenty and that’s one less thing to think about.
