Platinum Products Fly the Flag

Platinum Products Fly the Flag

As the country gets festooned in bunting in anticipation of street parties and regal celebrations – Britain’s brands have also been busy with some brilliant products that are pure platinum.

Heinz have come up trumps with two new iterations of family favourites – salad cream and HP Sauce. Fun and funny – these clever products will be flying off the shelves.

Not surprisingly maverick love/hate brand Marmite have also issued a limited-edition Jubilee version – a winner through and through it captures the mood perfectly and once again puts this quintessentially British product front and centre.

No British summer is ever complete without Pimms and their sweetly patriotic Platinum Jubilee version will surely be lifting the spirits of revellers up and down the country this weekend.

Cadbury Platinum Jubilee bar is beautifully regal and restrained – exactly what you would expect from a much-loved heritage brand that received its first royal warrant in 1854!

And last, but by no means least, can we take a moment to celebrate the quite brilliant flavour innovation from Tyrrell’s – Coronation Chicken. Brilliantly retro and celebratory through and through – the crowning glory of a bumper crop.

As purveyors of all things ‘product’ and ‘innovation’ – it’s exciting when brands take the opportunity to surprise and delight. Demanding we take notice, stepping up and standing out to mark a truly auspicious occasion.

Have a wonderful long Jubilee holiday – and congratulations to HM for 70 glorious years from all of us at Product of the Year.
